Rockdale Police Officers made two felony arrests during the past week including:
• Billy Charles Pearson,58, Rockdale, was arrested Saturday by Ofc. Parker for continuous violence against the family. On Sunday he was also charged for obstruction/retaliation and violation of protective magistrate’s order.
• Robin Elizabeth Johnson, 34, Rockdale, was arrested on Sunday by Ofc. Parker for a Hope AR Police Department warrant for residential burglary, theft of property and fraudulent use of credit/debit card. She also had a Williamson County warrant for bond forfeiture possession of controlled substance (less than 1 gram) in a drug free zone.
Accidents
RPD officers responded to two traffic accidents during the past week including:
• Ofc. Hensley responded to Wilcox and Cameron on Thursday for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries.
• Ofc. Puente responded to US 79 in front of Miles Styles for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries.
Arrests
RPD officers made five arrests during the past week including one each for resisting arrest, a warrant for violation of protective order, fraudulent use of debit/credit card, speeding, violation of promise to appear and no drivers license.
Calls for service
Rockdale Police Officers responded to a total of 304 calls with 118 being for 911 emergency service.
Incident report
There were 20 incidents on the report this week including seven interview room, two for burglary of a vehicle, and one each for resisting arrest, theft of property, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, burglary of habitation, continuous family violence, violating magistrate’s order, obstruction/retaliation, no drivers license, violation of protective order and outstanding warrants.
