Rockdale Police Officers made three felony arrests during the past week including: • Johnathan Keano-Xavier Fate, 30, Rockdale, was arrested on Tuesday by Ofc. Corey Puente on a local warrant for assault impeding breath/circulation family violence.
• Diego Esteban Vargas, 20, Rockdale, was arrested on Sunday by Ofc. Wachtel for tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair and possession of marijuana (less than 2 ounces).
• Damien Allen Johnson, 24, Rockdale, was arrested on Monday by Ofc. Wathtel for assault causing bodily injury to a pregnant person and three Class C local warrants.
Arrests
RPD officers made 12 arrests during the past week including two each for RPD warrants for failure to appear, possession of marijuana and unlawful carrying of weapon, also once each for an RPD warrant for assault by contact, warrant for criminal mischief (less than $100), criminal trespass, resisting arrest search or transport, public intoxication and DWI.
Calls for Service
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 292 total calls for service with 115 being for 911 emergency service.
Incident Report
There were 20 incidents on the report for the past week including five for interview room only, two for possession of marijuana and one each for theft, criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, dog bite, public intoxication, DWI, false report, unlawful carrying of a weapon, burglary of habitation, tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair and assault causes bodily injury to pregnant person.
