Rockdale Police Officers made three arrests during the past week including one each for no driver’s license, violation of bond/protective order and failure to identify/ giving false information.
Accidents There were two accidents last week responded to by RPD officers:
• Officer Puente responded to 821 Ackerman for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries on Tuesday.
• Officer Parker and Capt. Goodrich responded to Cameron/Bowser for a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident. The pedestrian was taken to Baylor Scott & White by helicopter.
Calls for service
RPD officers responded to 320 total calls for service during the past week including 108 calls for 911 emergency service.
Incident report
There were 17 incidents on the report this week from the Rockdale Police Department including eight interview room, two assault causes injury and one each for no driver’s license, unlawful restraint, burglary of a building, theft ($750 to $2,500), family violence, violation of bond/protective order and failure to give identification/giving false information.
