Rockdale Police Officers made two felony arrests during the past week including:
• Dennis Keith Johnson, 57, Rockdale, was arrested on Friday for a parole violation for robbery, possession of a controlled substance (1 to 6 grams) and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
• Ruben Gonzales, 51, Rockdale, was arrested on Monday for a Bell County warrant for possession of a controlled substance (less than 1 gram).
Accident
Ofc. Lentz responded to 1025 West Cameron for a minor two-vehicle accident on Wednesday.
Calls for service
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 234 total calls for service during the past seven days with 106 being for 911 emergency service. Arrests RPD officers made four arrests during the past week including one each for a local warrant for failure to yield right of way, a local warrant for no driver’s license, possession of marijuana (less than 2 ounces), and Class C assault.
Incident report
There were 12 incidents on the report for the past seven days including six for the report only, and one each for outstanding warrant, assault, online impersonation, theft of property ($750 to $2,500), theft of firearm and theft.
