Rockdale police made four arrests on drug charge during the past week.
Arrested were:
• Carlos Cadena, 32, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram) in a drug-free zone, resist arrest, search of transport, evading arrest/detention, released on $26,000 bond.
• Timber Ryan Carrizales, 19, Rockdale, possession of a controlled substance (less than one gram) in a drug-free zone, in custody on $20,000 bond.
• William Allen Hatch, 19, Austin, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), released on $7,000 bond.
• Chasity Annette Lopez, 20, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram) in a drug-free zone, released on $10,000 bond.
Police Chief Thomas Harris said police also made one arrest on a Milam County Sheriff’s Department warrant.
ACCIDENT—Major to moderate damages, but no injuries, were reported in a 3:14 p.m. Friday collision in front of Brook-shire Bros.
Police listed drivers as Valerie Whites of Rock-dale an Eduardo Gonzales of Rio Grande.
CALLS—Officers responded to 170 calls for service over the past week and there were 138 calls through the 911 system.
