On Friday, Braden Wallis opened his new barbeque spot, 7 Bar Barbecue at 2006 W. Cameron Ave., and had an awesome sold-out weekend on Friday and Saturday.
Open from 11 a.m. until sold out on Fridays and Saturdays, Wallis sold out on Friday at 1:22 p.m. and sold out even earlier on Saturday at 12:50 p.m.
On hand with lots of help were his parents Brian and Angie Wallis, his aunt Kelly Clark and grandmother Sharon Bujnoch.
The menu includes brisket, ribs, sausage, boudin, chicken and turkey and all the traditional sides and fixings.
