Rockdale Police Officers made one felony arrest during the past seven days:
• Fernando Jose Delarosa, 41, Rockdale, was arrested by Ofc. Wall as a parole violator and was transferred to the Milam County Jail.
Accidents
RPD officers responded to three accidents during the past week including:
• Sgt. Parker and Ofc. Wall responded to a two-vehicle accident at US 79 and US 77 on Sunday. An air bag deployed in one vehicle occupied by an elderly couple who were transferred to the hospital by AMR.
• Sgt. Parker advised RVFD command truck was hit at same the same location as above and was advised that a Troper was enroute on Sunday.
• Ofc. Lentz responded to a two-vehicle accident with no injuries at Childress and Cameron Avenue on Monday.
Arrests RPD officers made four arrests during the past week including two for disorderly conduct, an RPD warrant for assault causes serious bodily injury to family member, and an RPD warrant for driving with license invalid.
Calls for service
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 275 total calls for service during the past seven days including 116 for 911 emergency service.
Incident report
There were 22 incidents on the report for last week including 12 for interview room only, three for outstanding warrants, two for assault causes bodily injury, and one each for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, deadly conduct, unauthorized use of motor vehicle, disorderly conduct and theft.
