The next frozen food distribution for those registered with the Rockdale Senior Citizen Center is 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the center, according to staffer Carolyn Cooper.
“This happens every two weeks,” Cooper said.
Those wanting to apply (60 and over) may call Cooper at 512-446-2666.
In a separate program, the center continues to deliver one hot meal and four frozen meals to its clients every Monday.
Cooper said information on a Hill Country Community Action Assistance energy assistance program can also be obtained by calling.
She said the center itself remains closed to the public but the phone will be answered.
