CAMERON—Seven persons were sentenced in the first 2019 session of 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed case dispositions as follows:
• Stacey Hall Brewer, 33, Rockdale, sentenced to two-year state jail term probated five years, 99-day county jail term, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS drug lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Darnell Benson Jr., 25, Rockdale, was placed on three years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500 fine plus $360 restitution to DPS drug lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (4-400 grams).
• Haley Madison Lowrey, 19, Katy, was assessed two years deferred adjudication, $500 fine and restitution of $21,586 to the victim, in conjunction with her co-defendants, after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, attempted burglary of building.
• Kathryn Margaret Trevino, 53, Moody, was placed on five years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500 and assessed $21,586 restitution to the victim in conjunction with co-defendants after pleading guilty to a lesser included felony, burglary of habitation.
• Michael Don Hamilton, 46, Belton, was placed on five years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500 and assessed $21,586 restitution to the victim, in conjunction with his co-defendants, after pleading guilty to a lesser included felony, burglary of habitation.
• Loggan Bayley Pedigo, 20, Katy, was placed on five years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500 fine and assessed $21,586 restitution to the victim, in conjunction with his co-defendants, after pleading guilty to a lesser included felony, burglary of habitation.
• Dvontrea Darnell White, 26, Rock-dale, was placed on three years deferred adjudication probation, ordered to successfully complete a drug education course, fined $2,500 fine, plus restitution of $180 to the DPS drug lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
