CAMERON—Seven persons were sentenced in 20th District Court during the week. They were listed by Prosecutor Bill Torrey and Special Prosecutor Claire Carter as follows:

• Fernando Martin Hernandez, 24, Huntsville, three-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for assault family violence with prior conviction.

• Constance Davis Roddy, 57, Rockdale, 10-year prison term, probated for four years, DWI probation including eight-day county jail term, one year driver’s license suspension, the completion of DWI intervention course, ignition interlock, $4,000 fi ne, $60 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to DWI-third or more.

• Jacob Tyler Richardson, 26, Thorndale, 10-year prison term probated five years, inpatient drug treatment, $3,000 fi ne, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram) in drug free zone, 102-day county jail term for a lesser included Class A, assault family violence.

• Kimberly Kintrelle Rogers, 25, Grand Prairie, five years deferred adjudication probation, substance abuse evaluation and treatment recommended $2,500 fi ne, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram) in a drug-free zone.

• Jackson Andrew Jamey-son, 48, Georgetown, two years deferred adjudication probation, $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class B misdemeanor, tampering with government record.

• Christopher Carrion, 21, Temple, three years deferred adjudication probation, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).

• Dadrian Quinn Hargrow, 27, Rosebud, one-year county jail term after pleading guilty to lesser included Class A Misdemeanor, assault–family violence, four-years, 10-month prison term after a sentencing hearing by the court for a motion to revoke probation for retaliation.
