Several sex crime-related offenses were among the 43 indictments returned against 32 persons Thursday by a Milam County grand jury.
John Aldama, 47, of Rock-dale, was indicted for indecency with child–sexual contact.
That investigation was triggered by a “statement made by a girl younger than 17” to Rockdale police.
George Henry Schneider, 61, of Buckholts, was indicted for indecency with child-sexual contact after “an outcry” was made at a Rockdale school last month.
Other sex offense-related indictments:
• Casarah Leeanne Velez, 29, Buckholts, improper relationship—educator/student.
• Odell Barnes, 23, Rock-dale, sex offender duty to register.
• Evan Elon Webber, 31, Cameron, trafficking of persons under 18–sexual; compelling prostitution of child; online solicitation of a minor; two counts of possession of child porn.
Also, in a privacy-violation case, Andrew Richard Burke, 49, of Rockdale, unlawful disclosure of intimate material.
Prosecutor Bill Torrey listed other indictments as follows:
• Delores Juanita Collins, 37, Gause, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Laurence Scott Gonzales, 36, Rockdale, assault family violence–impede breath, possession of controlled substance less than one gram (drug free zone).
• Ruby Geneva Cardona, 40, Rockdale, two counts, engaging in organized criminal activity.
• Thomas Wesley Owens, 23, Rockdale, burglary of habitation, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram) drug free zone.
• Edward James Miller, 54, Rockdale, evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• Richard Anthony Naranjo, 24, Thorndale, assault family violence–impede breath.
• Erica Marie Aldama, 29, Rockdale, tampering with witness.
• Vida Bluebonnet Leckner, 28, Rockdale, unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
• Rakeem Wyatt, 25, Rock-dale, unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
• Jordan Deshaun Deary, 26, Rockdale, burglary of habitation.
• Denny Wayne Gipson Jr., 37, California, Missouri, aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
• Demechetist Garnais Garner, 35, Killeen, possession of controlled substance (4-200), burglary of building.
• David Lynn Stuart Jr., 36, Cameron, theft ($2,500-$30,000).
• Kimberly Tyler Cain, 60, Ballinger, possession of controlled substance (4-400 grams).
• Pepper Sue Bowsher, 45, Thorndale, burglary of habitation, credit/debit card abuse.
• Tammy Kay Turner, 50, Gause, aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
• Charles Wayne Deaver Jr., 42, Belton, burglary of habitation, burglary of building.
• Richard Louis Winkelman II, 20, Brenham, unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
• Darron Wayne Knight, 39, Cameron, possession of controlled substance (4-400 grams).
• Antonio Rodriguez Jimenez, 21, Cameron, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
