Six draw sentences in 20th District Court
CAMERON—Five persons were sentenced after guilty pleas last week in 20th District Court as follows and one pleaded “true” to probation revocation:
• Michael Anthony Scott, 26, Cameron, burglary of habitation–intend assault, 10-year probated term, advanced anger management classes, fined $4,000, have no contact with the victim.
• Lamarcus Demond Moore, , 33, Cameron, DWI, 3rd or more, five-year probated term, 80-day county jail term, fined $2,500, $60 restitution to the DPS lab.
• Skody Neil Robertson Jr., 26, Pflugerville, tampering with evidence, 5-year prison term probated 3 years, drug education course substance abuse evaluation and treatment, fined $2,500 fine, and $180 restitution to DPS lab.
• Gerald Wayne King, 58, Caldwell, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), two years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500, $180 restitution to DPS drug lab.
• Michael Preston Rose, 44, Austin, lesser included Class A misdemeanor, assault causing bodily injury–family violence, two years deferred adjudication, anger management, $4,000 fine.
• Angie Marie Ford, 37, San Antonio, pleaded “true” to probation revocation allegations on original Class A misdemeanor, lesser included attempted possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), 180-day county jail term.
