CAMERON—Six perspons were sentenced during recent 20th District Court action, according to Milam Prosecutor Bill Torrey.
He listed case dispositions ss follows:
• Julio Olvera, 28, Rock-dale, 18-month state term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Tyrenna Lorrell Tate, 35, Temple one year deferred adjudication, anger management classes, no contact with victim restitution to be determined after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, assault bodily injury–family violence
• Deborah Joyce Clark, 60, Cameron, two years deferred adjudication theft aversion course, $5,669.77 restitution to victim after pleading guilty to forgery of financial instrument.
• Coe Douglas Janner, 24, Lexington, 10 years deferred adjudication including seven-day county jail term, and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $12,680 restitution to victims after pleading guilty to engaging in organized criminal activity. He was ordered to an inpatient 18-month drug treatment program in connection with probation in another county.
• Victorio Bentura, 47, Thorndale, one year deferred adjudication, anger management classes, no contact with victim restitution to be determined after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, assault bodily injury–family violence
• Jason Frank Ignasiak, 30, Rockdale was sentenced to 10-year prison term, probated for 10 years, substance abuse program $3,670.53 restitution to victims after pleading guilty to a burglary of building (enhanced).
