CAMERON—Sixteen persons were assessed sentences in recent 20th District Court action, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed case disposition as follows:
• Octaviano Arratia Salomon, 34, Cameron, four-year prison term, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of firearm by felon.
• Thomas Lopez, 25, Rock-dale, three-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for assault family violence-impede breathing/circulation.
• Clemente Acosta, 26, San Leon, five-year, probated, prison term, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to DWI-third or more.
• Alton Bernard Blakely, 40, Killeen, two-year prison term, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).
• Ricky Lee Coldiron, 58, Milano, three years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Marshall Raymond Delong, 36, Cameron, five-year, probated, prison term, 65-day county jail term, $5,000 fine, $9,500 restitution to the victims after pleading guilty to a theft ($2,500-$30,000) from elderly, enhanced.
• Charles Brandon Wells, 30, Gause, three years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $282 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
• Cody Ray Box, 39, Rock-dale, five years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Kristen Jnay Walleck, 29, Caldwell, six-year prison term, probated two years, $1,000 fine, forfeit the weapon after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of firearm by felon.
• Brandy Carla Lytle, 24, Rogers, five years deferred adjudication probation, $2,500 fine, have no contact with the victim after pleading “no contest” to robbery.
• Terri Marie Johnson, 43, Thorndale, 10 years deferred adjudication probation, ordered to successfully complete advanced anger management classes, fined $2,500 after pleading guilty to a lesser included felony, intoxication assault.
• Frederick Fritzgerald Bynaum, 47, Cameron, five years deferred adjudication probation, fined $2,500 fine, plus $3,535 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to burglary of habitation.
• Elizabeth Renee Freeman, 25, Bartlett, fined $200 after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class C misdemeanor, disorderly conduct.
• April Denise Knight, 42, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication probation, drug education, fined $2,500, $180 restitution to the DPS drug lab after pleading guilty to a possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Manuel Guadarrama, 20, Austin, 12-month state jail sentence after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for an original attempted assault on public servant.
• Brandy Belle Hogan Trawick, 43, Rockdale, one-year state jail term, $189.94 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty forgery.
