The Rockdale City Council certainly practiced that Monday evening before, after and during a called meeting. From left, Council Member Denise Holmes-Wallace, Interim City Manager Barbara Holly and Mayor John King visit before the council departed the City Hall meeting room to gather in the City Manager’s Office. Reason: If the council had met in their regular places (behind Holly) more than 10 persons would have been in the room.
