—Four homes in the new Cornerstone Subdivision have already been sold, which is remarkable since they just went on the market last week. According to Rockdale City Manager Barbara Holly, “We have 20 submitted building plans with five pending approval, and 14 approved building permits.” The house on the left in this photo is a model home and business office, and it is already open for business.
