Saturday’s police-firefighter banquet at the KC Hall had a special moment when the past year’s “topgun”—highest score at firing range—was announced. Winner was Ofc. Dillian Ford (R), grandson of Police Chief Thomas Harris. Offering congratulations were (L-R) Harris, City Council Member Michelle Larkin and City Manager Chris Whittaker.
