St. John’s collecting food for Pack Pals

St. John’s United Methodist Church is collecting food to support the Pack Pals organization in Rockdale.

Pack Pals packs bags of food for students in Rockdale ISD and other Milam County school districts to help combat hunger in our community.

Items being collected are cereal bars, Pop-Tarts, small boxes of cereal, small meal type items like ravoli, soup, beans and franks, SpaghettiOs, Vienna sausages, tuna, macaroni and cheese.

Snacks items include fruit snacks, small pop top cans of fruit, applesauce cups, raisins, Goldfish, pretzels, granola bars, sandwich crackers (peanut butter or cheese), breadsticks and cheese snack packs and pudding cups.
