Temperatures just above freezing did not keep anyone away from the Starr family benefit held Saturday at Brookshire Brothers. Meals of pulled pork sandwiches with chips and water sold out in only two hours. They even offered drive-though service in some cases. All together 240 meals were sold and there were tables full of donated baked goods which also sold out.
