Two former employees of the Milam County Tax Office are facing criminal charges after an investigation alleged documents were altered to avoid paying fees or taxes.
Lydia Cervantez, 55, of Cameron and her daughter, 26-year-old Laura Cervantez of Temple, were charged with false name info/forgery vehicle registration, two counts against Lydia and one against Laura.
