CAMERON—Ten persons were sentenced in recent 20th District Court action, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey.

He listed case dispositions as follows:

• Brandon Hardman, 26, Cameron, one-year state jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for evading arrest with priors.

• Jesse Garza, 37, Cameron, two-year probated prison term, $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to DWI third or more.

• James Isaacks, 35, Holland, three years deferred adjudication probation, fined $2,500, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Gustavo Villalpando, 63, Gause, five years deferred adjudication probation, condition that all tires are to be legally disposed of within 90 days, $500 fine after pleading guilty to illegally dumping more than 1,000 pounds.

• Derk Lee Cantwell, 27, Rock-dale, three years deferred adjudication, $2,000 fine, $180 restitution to DPS after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Amanda Nicole Dodds, 32, Rock-dale, three years deferred adjudication, restitution to the victim in an amount to be determined after pleading guilty to a unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

• Chasity Annette Lopez, 20, Rock-dale, three years deferred adjudication probation, $1,000 fine, $180 restitution to DPS after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram)–drug free zone.

• Dailynn Ramey, 23, Rockdale, 13-month state jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for possession of controlled substance (less than 28 grams)– drug free zone.

• Jon William Brammer, 31, Point Comfort, 12-month state jail term, $2,500 fine after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for theft (less than $2,500) with priors.

• Quentin Lamar Smith, 44, Hearne, was sentenced three-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for an assault family violence with previous conviction.
