Thirty-two indicted by grand jury

CAMERON—A Milam County Grand Jury indicted 32 persons on 36 counts Thursday, according to Prosecutor Bill Torey who listed case dispositions as follows:

• Michael Anthony Scott, 26, Cameron, burglary of habitation–intend other felony.

• Laurence Scott Gonzales, 36, Rockdale, unauthorized use of motor vehicle

• Daphanie Nicole Spiers Robinson, 27, Rockdale, state jail felony, theft (less than $2,500) with priors.

• Laroy Antoine Booze, 36, Ben Arnold, unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

• Kenneth Wayne Johnson, 50, Houston, possession of marijuana (4 ounces to 5 pounds) in a drug-free zone, tampering with evidence.

• Danielle Monique Powell, 38, Cameron, theft (less than $2,500) with priors.

• Derek Tremayne David, 25, Rockdale, forgery (elderly).

• Marvin Kenneth Keith, III, 39, Cameron, state jail felony, theft (less than $2,500) with priors.

• Linda Weatherford Poole, 64, Milano, attempted prohibited substance in correctional facility.

• Wayne Anthony Bynum, 17, Cameron, escape.

• Jon William Brammer, 31, Point Comfort, state jail felony, theft (less than $2,500) with priors.

• Joel Delane Page, II, 24, Rockdale, burglary of building, forgery.

• Charles Glenn Bradford, 21, Rockdale, aggravated assault with deadly weapon.

• Latasha Lee Eldridge, 41, Cameron, credit card abuse–elderly.

• Pedro Ibares, 24, Rockdale, credit card abuse–elderly.

• Jakob Keen Moreland, 21, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Stanley Charles Fillip 62, Caldwell, evading arrest with motor vehicle.

• Joslyn Christina Heuer, 35, Pflugerville, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Skody Neil Robertson Jr., 26, Pflugerville, possession of controlled substance (200-400 grams), tampering with evidence

• Gerald Wayne King, 58, Caldwell, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Marsha Diane Massey, 37, Temple, two counts, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Alexis Lee Bustos, 32, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Derek Romale Cook, 36, Athens, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Niels Hunt Beery, 64, Rockdale, terrorist threat of government.

• Monica Marie Norman, 30, Rockdale, unauthorized absence from correctional facility.

• Emery Antasia Page, 26, Giddings, theft of firearm.

• Stephanie Ann Barker, 51, Rockdale, aggravated assault with deadly weapon.

• Jeffrey Paul Pekar, 31, Elgin, deadly conduct.

• Victor Manuel Montoya, 23, Thorndale, robbery.

• Evan Elon Webber, 31, Cameron, sexual assault.

• Daniel Rapheal Yanes, 18, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).

• Nicholas Charles Rowan, 23, Rockdale, criminal non support.

One no-bill (refused to indict) was returned.
