POLICE REPORT

Rockdale police said three Williamson County residents were charged with possession of a controlled substance after their vehicle was stopped before dawn Friday.

Lt. Stephen Goodrich said the arrest, by Ofc. Davin Stevens, occurred at 1:41 a.m.

Charged with possession of a controlled substance (4 to 400 grams) were Round Rock residents Tanner Michael Clark, 24, Juanita Sue Dillard, 23, and Pflugerville resident Matthew Robert Mangum, 29.

As of presstime Tuesday, Clark and Mangum were still in the Milam County Jail under bonds of $45,000 and $40,000, respectively, while Dillard was released Sunday after posting $30,000 bond.

Goodrich said the allegations involve use of “THC oil,” a derivative of cannabis.
