A Rockdale man was arrested after running a stoplight in downtown Rockdale on Friday.

The officers initiated a traffic stop of the vehicle and upon approach, detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
The passenger of the vehicle, Carlos Daniel Dominguez, 22, was found to be in possession of 12 grams of THC oil, a second degree felony, and over 15 ounces of marijuana, a state jail felony.
Dominguez was arrested for the above offenses and received bonds of $10,000 and $4,000 respectively by Rockdale Municipal Judge, Jerry Waggoner.
Two Rockdale youths were arrested in separate incidents during the week.
One was arrested Tuesday by Officer Zachary Krejci on a Rockdale police warrant for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
The other was arrested by Sgt. Michael Hubnik on Thursday for unlawfully carrying a weapon in a prohibited place.
Police also responded to a wreck Tuesday in the 100 block of Cordova Drive. A car drove into an apartment
