That was an unofficial motto of the City of Rockdale’s spring Stash Your Trash event, held Saturday at Fair Park. This spring the event was part of “Earth Month” activities, leading up to this weekend’s Earth Day events. City Manager Chris Whittaker said seven 40-cubic-yard dumpsters were filled during Stash Your trash, a total of 280 cubic yards. He said a large amount of brush collected during the event will be burned on the site. Stash Your Trash is limited to Rockdale residents.
