Justin Phillip Levis was taken into custody by Lee County and arrested by Lexington Police Department. Levis was charged with evading arrest detention with a vehicle and with unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Lexington Chief Farah Garza said, “When the call came in, Billy Stephens, Lee County Constable Pct. 3 and Adam Gonzales, Constable Pct. 2, along with our officer Corporal Tiffany Reyna responded quickly and pursued the vehicle, receiving support from Lee County Sheriff’s Office and DPS Troopers. I am very proud of Corporal Reyna’s professionalism and with her focus on stopping the suspect and making the arrest. Special thanks to Constables Stephens and Gonzales, as well as to LCSO and DPS.
