CAMERON—Twelve persons were sentenced last week in 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey who listed case dispositions as follows:

• Seth Dean, 43, Luling, six-month state jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation on theft of firearm.

• Jeriel Newman, 30, Cameron, 12-month state jail term after pleading guilty to a lesser included offense, attempted tampering with evidence.

• Arturo Boussart-Olvera, 44, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication, successful completion of theft aversion course, fined $2,500, assessed restitution in an amount to be determined after pleading guilty to burglary of habitation.

• Kristan Laci Gibson, 46, Canyon Lake, three years deferred adjudication, fined $2,000, assessed $360 restitution to DPS after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Jorge Ramirez-Herrera, 28, Houston, 120-day county jail term after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, driving while intoxicated.

• Jeffery Wayde Patsche, 40, Leander, three years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Michael Everett Falzon, 31, Cameron, 11-month state jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for theft of firearm.

• Angela Ann Mason-Coddington, 37, Round Rock, five years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500, $180 restitution to DPS after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams.)

• William Oscar Bright, 56, Milano, five-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for burglary of habitation.

• Joe Michael Esquivel, 55, Thorndale, 10-year probated prison term, fined $2,500 fine, assessed $1,365 in restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to credit/debit card abuse.

• Kevin Lamont Whitby, 47, Rockdale, five years deferred adjudication after pleading guilty to tampering with evidence.

• Lorena Patricia Hernandez, 27, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication, fined $1,000 fine, assessed $11,335 in restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a state jail felony, theft ($2,500 to $30,000).
