CAMERON—Twenty persons were sentenced during the final half of December in 20th District Court.
Milam County/District Attorney Bill Torrey listed case dispositions from Dec. 13 to 30 as follows:
• Melissa Lynn Rivera, 28, Port Lavaca, three-year prison term, after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for robbery.
• Sean Mikal Woods, 24, Rockdale, six-year prison term probated for five years, anger management, drug education, substance abuse evaluation, $3,000 fine and restitution of $200 to the victim after pleading guilty to evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• Robert William Ramey, 27, Holland, 10-year probated prison term, theft aversion course, 54-day county jail term as probation condition, $2,500 fine, restitution of $9,981 to victim after pleading guilty to theft ($30,000 to $150,000).
• Darnell Benson Jr., 25, Rockdale, three-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for possession of controlled substance (4-400 grams).
• Judith Ashley Serna, 24, Rockdale, nine-month state jail term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for theft ($2,500 to $30,000).
• Kimberly Kintrelle Rogers, 25, Grand Prairie, three year prison term after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram)–drug free zone.
• Christopher Elliott Fetzner, 36, Rockdale, five years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to theft of firearm.
• Crystal Rio Balboa, 33, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $926 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to theft of firearm.
• Jennifer Ostendorf Dodd, 50, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication, $1,500 fine, restitution to be determined after pleading guilty to theft ($2,500 to $30,000) by public servant.
• Janet Amber Kruckner, 34, La Coste, two years deferred adjudication, $1,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, attempted possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Shunteria Laquan Bryant, 29, Henderson, four years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• James Lee Uher, 43, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram)–drug free zone.
• Candace Marie Cantrell, 29, Rockdale, five-year prison term probated for six years, $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to intoxication assault.
• Efrain Gaytan Santiago, 29, Rockdale, one-year county jail term after pleading guilty to assault bodily injury–family member.
• Jose Botello-Chavez, 32, Ben Arnold, six-month county jail term after pleading guilty to misdemeanor, assault causes bodily injury–family member.
• Curtis Colton Chavis, 31, Milano, 10-year prison term probated five years, $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to, evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• Timothy Montelongo, 18, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, restitution to be determined after pleading guilty to evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• Crispin Gonzales, 28, Rockdale, four years deferred adjudication, $2,500 fine, restitution in an amount to be determined after pleading guilty to engaging in organized criminal activity.
• Anthony Navarro, 27, Rockdale, 10-month state jail term after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance less than one gram.
• Edward Louis Kostroun, 48, Belton, eight-year prison term, $21,586 restitution by Judge John Youngblood at a sentencing hearing after Kostroun had previously pleaded guilty to theft–enhanced.
