CAMERON—Twenty-six persons were indicted on 32 counts Thursday in the May session of the Milam County Grand Jury, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed case dispositions as follows:
• Cameron Lee Terry, 25, Rockdale, assault family violence–impede breath.
• Caress Nichole Montelongo, 24, Cameron, burglary of habitation.
• Jerry Keith Reed, III, 26, Temple, evading arrest with prior conviction, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams), tampering with evidence
• Jessie Ray Westbrook, 25, Cameron, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram) in a drug-free zone.
• Michael Rangel, 29, Cameron, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), tampering with evidence.
• Kenneth Lance Lara, 21, Cameron, possession of controlled substance (4-400 grams).
• Pedro Gutierrez, 20, Cameron, possession of controlled substance (4-400 grams).
• Cody Lee Penney, 30, Rockdale, evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• Charles Brandon Wells, 29, Gause, unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
• Diana Kay Johnson, 31, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).
• Rebecca Faye Lara-Morales, 27, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram) in a drug-free zone.
• Tyler McLarn Phillips, 22, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Brent Alan Barnes, 46, Rockdale, assault family violence with prior conviction.
• Latoya Shontei Warren, 40, Killeen, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• David Gordon Taylor, 55, Belton, assault family violence with prior conviction.
• Britt Joe Stephenson, 46, Rockdale, assault family violence with prior conviction.
• Jonah Edward Zamora, 37, Rockdale, retaliation.
• Boris Suarez Marquez, 26, Aubrey, possession of controlled substance (4-400grams).
• Douglas Wayne Curtis, 62, Rockdale, debit card abuse.
• Aleah Dawn Freitag, 25, Rockdale, aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
• Donald Dewayne Munson, 57, Killeen, DWI-third or more.
• Skyler Roshon Boyle, 35, Baytown, DWI-third or more.
• Jacob Green, 18, Cameron, two counts, aggravated sexual assault of elderly or disabled person.
• Tanner Scott Hoffman, 24, Rockdale, sex offender duty to register.
• Christopher Allen North, 34, Milano, theft ($2,500 to $30,000) from nonprofit and state jail felony, criminal mischief–burial ground.
• Christopher Clayton Wallace, 39, Rockdale, assault family violence with prior conviction, prohibited substance in correctional facility.
