The Rockdale Police Department made two felony arrests during the past week:
• Davana Leroine Sterling, 22, Rockdale, was arrested on Saturday by Officer Krejci on three possession of controlled substance charges.
• Tiffany Lanay Ramos, 33, Rockdale, was arrested on Monday by Officer Parker for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Call Report
Officers responded to 256 total calls for service last week with 69 being calls for 911 emergency service.
Arrests
RPD officers made five arrests last week including one each for criminal trespass, assault of a corrections officer, theft ($100 to $750), DWI and assault causes bodily injury family member.
Citations
Fourteen citations were handed out by Rockdale Police Officers during the past week including four for speeding and no drivers license, and one each for failure to control speed, possession of tobacco by a minor, disregard of official traffic control device, no insurance, animal at large and animal complaint.
Incident Report
Rockdale Police Officers responded to 11 incidents last week including one each for outstanding warrant, theft, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, burglary of a building, possession of controlled substances and possession of marijuana.
Accidents
Three accidents were worked by RPD officers during the past week including:
• West Cameron/Childress for a two-vehicle accident by Sgt. Fain and Officer Hensley. Both vehicles were towed.
• Sgt. Hubnik responded to Meadow/Cameron for a two-vehicle minor accident.
• Sgt. Hubnik responded to a vehicle vs. coyote accident near Walmart with no injuries.
