POLICE REPORT
Rockdale Police Officers made two felony arrests during the past week including: • Thomas Lopez, 28, Rockdale, was arrested on Saturday by Ofc. Lauren Hensley on a warrant for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.
• Dailynn Laquel Ramey, 28, Austin, was arrested on Saturday by Ofc. Zachary Krejci for possession of a controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, and a warrant for theft of property ($100 to $750).
Accident Ofc. Hensley responded to Cameron Avenue in front of Brookshire Bros. on Saturday for a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident. The pedestrian had minor injuries.
Calls for Service Rockdale Police Officers responded to 253 total calls for service with 83 being for 911 emergency service.
Arrests RPD officers made seven arrests during the past week including two for warrants for failure to appear, and one each for a warrant for theft of property ($10 to $750), a warrant for no drivers license, a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, a warrant for expired registration and a warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility.
Incident Report There were 15 incidents on the report this week including three for interview room, two for theft, and one each for possession of controlled substance, Class C assault, failure to comply with registration requirements, abandoned or endangered child, possession of controlled substance (1 gram to 4 grams), tamper/ fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair, theft of property ($100 to $750), evading in motor vehicle, theft less than $100 and Class C warrants.
