heard back from our contact at TxDOT and we learned that the striping of parking spaces in downtown will start on Sept. 1 and railing should start being put in around Oct. 1. There were a couple of places downtown where there will be adjustments done in relation to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) on the sidewalks.
was unable to find out if this particular work being done on Monday morning was part of the ADA work.
