The Rockdale Homecoming Association is busy finalizing plans for the annual citywide Homecoming to be held Sunday, June 11 at the Patterson Civic Center. The honored business is McVoy Grocery & Feed Store.
If you are an early bird, doors will open at 9 a.m. for coffee, donuts and conversation. The Regeneration Singers will be the entertainment and will start at noon. The program begins at 12:15 p.m. Lunch will be provided by Thorndale Meat Market and the serving will start at 12:30 p.m.
Rockdale High School Class of 1973 will be the honored class of 50 years. The class photo is scheduled for 11 a.m. at the Patterson Center. RHS Class of 1948 will be recognized for their 75th anniversary of their graduation.
