—All five city council candidates in the May 5 election faced the public Thursday in a question-and-answer session at the Patterson Civic Center, sponsored by the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center. They are (L-R), Tim Ramey, Sharon Cloud and Richard Coppedge, east ward; Jason Barcak and Monique Gebhart, west ward. Neither incumbent signed up for re-election in 2018. April 5 is the final day to register to vote for local elections.
