Early vot ing in the Milam County runoff elections started on Monday and ends on Friday, May 24.
Rockdale’s voting location is the Patterson Community Center for both early and election day voting. Thorndale’s location is the Veterans Memorial Hall. Buckholts’ location is Buckholts Community Center (only on election day). Milano voting is only available in Milano on election day at the Milano Volunteer Fire Department.
Runoff races include Melissa Fritz and Frank Summers face off in the County Tax Assessor-Collector race, and Carlton R. Scott and Richard Doug Veach vie for the constable race.
Another runoff election will be for members of the State Board of Education, District 10, between Tom Maynard and Mary Bone in the Republican Primary.
In the Democratic Primar y there is a runoff between Edward Smith and Maggie Ellis for Justice, 3rd Court of Appeals District, Place 2.
