The Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District (POSGCD) hosted the annual water summit last Wednesday before a full house in the Caldwell Civic Center. There were a number of speakers, including Board President Sid Youngblood, State Senator Lois Kolkhorst, Milam County Judge Steve Young, Burleson County Judge Keith Schroeder, POSGCD Field Technician Ralph Sifuentes, with an update on the district’s well monitoring program.
