Kain Dodd, Chairman of the Milam County ESD Advisory Committee, presented his grassroots plan to create an Emergency Services District in Milam County to eventually replace AMR at last week’s city council meeting.
He explains what an ESD is to our readers this week and the work he is doing to create one for Milam County residents.
An ESD would give Milam County control of our emergency services instead of relying on AMR as we are currently doing.
