Early voting started in Rockdale and Thorndale on April 19 and will continue until April 27.
In Rockdale, early voting is taking place in City Hall at the corner of Cameron (U.S 79) and Wilcox. In two days of voting, 17 people have cast ballots.
The hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and Friday. The hours will be extended on Monday and Tuesday to 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
In Thorndale, early voting is 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Thorndale Independent School District Administration Building. On Tuesday the hours will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Election day voting May 1 will be in City Hall from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
In Thorndale, the voting will be in the Senior Center from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
