Piano students of Dixie Whitmore will present their annual spring music program at 7 p.m. Friday, May 18 at First Baptist Church, 240 Green Street.
Solos and duets in different styles of music will be performed.
Students participating are Espy Cerrito, Allyson Gerren, Ciley Good, Isabel Leslie, Elizabeth O'Keefe, Allyson Page, Alyssa Schuch, Emma Schuch, Olivia Schuch, Peyton Shuffield, Christopher Tenner and Wraina Wheeless.
Brian Blanchard, a former piano student, will also perform on the program. He attends Howard Payne University at Brownwood and is majoring in music.
At the close of the program, students will be given certificates and other awards earned in various areas of achievement during the year.
“The public is cordially invited to attend this musical event,” Whitmore said.
