Pacey Rutherford won the T-shirt design for this year’s Rockdale Earth Day contest. His design will appear on this year’s t-shirts which are for sale by Rockdale Earth Day for $15. Pacey is a junior at Rockdale High School and is the son of Casey and Kelcie Rutherford. He won a gift certificates to Brett’s Backyard BBQ for his submission.
