WHAT DOES THE CUSTOMER WANT? Ed Peters, of the 4Profit Institute in Florida, gave a presentation to about 60 people, ranging from Dallas to San Antonio, last week at the Patterson Civic Center. Peters said business owners should stress what the customer wants and gave tips on improving business and marketing skills.
