Kassie Roddam named district offensive MVP Rockdale's Kassie Roddam has been named the offensive player of the year in District 24-3A. This is the junior shortstop's third appearance on the alldistrict team at three different positions. Full Story
NET WORTH—The Thorndale Middle School Tennis Team are District Champions. In girls' seventh grade singles, Mary Unnasch placed first and Paige Laurence placed fourth. In girls' seventh grade doubles, Kameron Holder/Kelbi Kovar placed first. In girls' eighth grade singles, Marlene Hall placed first and Sissy Walker took second place.

RJH girls take tennis title
All four of the Rockdale Junior High tennis teams placed in the top three at the district meet. Led by the first place seventh grade girls, the eighth grade girls team placed third; the eighth grade boys team placed second as did the seventh grade boys team. Full Story
Cameron Rotary golf tournament June 12-13
The Cameron Rotar y Club invites local golfers to tee it up for its 15th annual Rotary Golf Scramble at the Cameron Country Club. This year's event will be held on Friday, June 12 and Saturday June 13.
