When the weather is hot, I don't usually want to eat hot food at night. Here are some recipes that require no cooking, but they do require a food processor. This first one is a dip which is served room temperature.

Apolog i e s for my absence. There hasn’t been that much going on in Milano. At least that I am aware of. The school district is closed until July 10. They are taking some much needed time off. Summer school is over, so I am taking some much needed time off as well.
