Thorndale City Council held its regular meeting on Thursday, June 11, a first for interim City Administrator Myron “Mike” Tretheway.
The Cit y of Rockdale will provide bulk waste curbside pickup on Wednesday, July 9.

Rockdale police officers recorded one felony arrest over the past week. Nathan Berrera, 42, of Rockdale, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (between 4 and 200 grams). He was booked into the Milam County Jail on Monday on a $50,000 bond.
