MARC was the host of August’s First Friday Coffee and it was one of the most well-attended in recent memory. Plenty of delicious food and desserts were waiting for the MARC consumers when they arrived by bus. The MARC-sponsored First Friday Coffee drew a big crowd last week. Lots of chatting and eating was the business of the day.
St. John’s United Methodist Church had a big crowd last Sunday for backpack blessing with lots of kids, teachers and coaches on hand.
MARC board member Denise Starnes brought several family members to First Friday Coffee, including her daughter Leslie Starnes, granddaughters Lillie and Lyla Hartsough, and MARC consumer Kristie Krueger joins in the fun.
