Ms. Tice Katherine “Kathy” Joyce Tice, 86, of Austin went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 15, 2026, in the comfort of her home surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on April 14, 1940, in Fort Worth to Leslie Clide Tice and Katherine Fern (Stepp) Tice.

Jenkins

Mr. Andrew Morgan Jenkins Andrew Morgan Jenkins was born in College Station on Nov. 27, 1994, to Bobby and Mandy Jenkins, who named him in honor of their grandfathers. He grew up on the Jenkins family place near Rockdale, where his father and grandfather before him trained racehorses.

Richards

Mr. Richards Oscar L. Richards (Ike) was born in Milano on Oct. 29, 1933, to Isaac Richards and Minneola McDonald. He was the youngest of two children. At an earl y age, he confessed his life to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, at New Hope Baptist Church in Rockdale.

Jenkins

Lee Dew Jenkins was born on Sept. 3, 1943, in Minerva. His parents were Paul A. and Ertha Lee Jenkins. Lee graduated from Rockdale High School in 1962. After high school, he went to work for Alcoa and later as a mechanic for Dallas Power & Light, which later became TU Electric.

Mrs. Hormuth Barbara Ann Beshears Hormuth, 87, passed away peacefully on June 17, 2026, in Round Rock. A Rosary and visitation will be held Friday, July 24, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 25, at St.

Mrs. Mills Judy Lynn Mills, 80, of Round Rock passed away on July 15, 2026, in Austin. S h e w as born in Minerva to Nicholas Dyer and Mary Elizabeth Dyer, the fifth of seven children in a close-knit family, on June 21, 1946.

Kenneth Wayne Yarbrough was born in Port Aransas to Rosalie Wanoreck and Albert Yarbrough. He grew up in Rockdale and graduated from Rockdale High School in 1955, where his gift Mr. Yarbrough for leadership was already evident.
