Mr. Richards Oscar L. Richards (Ike) was born in Milano on Oct. 29, 1933, to Isaac Richards and Minneola McDonald. He was the youngest of two children. At an earl y age, he confessed his life to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, at New Hope Baptist Church in Rockdale.
