100 YEARS AGO… Plans for the American Legion’s annual 4th of July celebration are rapidly being whipped into shape, and the indications now are that unusually large crowds will be in attendance on all three days—July 4-5-6.

The Under the Hood Show Dear Motor Medics,  I used the remote start on my 2004 Chevy Silverado to warm it up the other morning and came out to find my interior filled with smoke. I did not see smoke coming out of any area, so I aired it out and drove to work.

Dear Motor Medics, My question is about wipers on both the front and rear of my vehicle. I have a 2004 Chrysler Town & Country and the front wipers have stopped working three years in a row now in mid-winter, requiring replacing the wiper motor each time.

Dear Motor Medics,  I live in an area where we have winter road conditions and see many cars that end up either spun out or in the ditch and some that rear end others.  The question I pose to you is about stopping and handling year-round.

Dear Motor Medics,  I want to get my wife a remote start for her 2025 Acura, but I need to do some research first. I have been told that adding anything to my car which has only 20k miles on it will void the warranty. I have never had a remote start, but it seems like almost everyone I know has one.
