Kornegay Ura Joy Shaw Kornegay, 94, of Gause went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Nov. 13, 2025, at home surrounded by her family. A celebration of life will be held at 3 p. m. Saturday, Nov. 29, at Wellspring Community Church on Highway 79, in Gause.

Josie Lee Boswell, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on Nov. 1, 2025, at the age of 90. She was born on July 18, 1935, in Rockdale to Dorothy and Fritz Bauer. On Nov. 23, 1956, Josie married the love of her life, Thomas at the First Christian Church in Taylor.
