Recently, the Big Blue Band traveled to Brenham to participate at the Blinn College Buccaneer Marching Festival. Director Adrian Acevedo said The band received top ratings for music and overall effect and came in 2nd Place in class 3A. The Big Blue Band also received the Outstanding Drum Major Award. “We are very proud of the students for their hard work and for their performance,” Acevedo said.
