Whitley Boyd, an 18-year-old senior at Rock-dale High School, was crowned Miss Rockdale Fair 2019 Saturday before a crowd of more than 300 in the RHS Auditorium.
First runner-up at the annual pageant was Malinda Storey and second runner-up was Maddy Moody.
Mistress of ceremonies was Chandler Foreman, Miss Texas 2019.
WINNER S—The new Miss Rockdale Fair Q ueen is the daughter of Eddie and Susan Boyd. She was sponsored by The Ranch.
Storey is a 16-year-old j unior at Milano High School. Her sponsor was Rockdale Signs & Photography.
Jason and Melanie Moody are parents of the second runner-up, who is a 17-year-old senior at Rockdale High School. She was sponsored by Moody Farms.
The Miss Congeniality Award went to Storey. Moody won the award for selling the most tickets.
Pageant director, was Deedra Rawls.
Destiny Arnold, 2018 Rockdale Fair Q ueen, was introduced and participated in the crowning of her successor.
Jessica Janak introduced children’s pageant winners.
